We’ll contact you via email within a day or two to schedule the appointment. Appointments are held between 8 am and noon Pacific time, Monday through Thursday either by phone or video. Call us at 1-360-335-1100 at your scheduled time or use the Zoom link provided when the appointment is set.

Appointments are generally available within three business days. If we can’t book the appointment within your schedule you’ll receive a full refund. If this is an emergency let us know in the notes.

Michael is available for short phone/video consultations to answer questions and help with problem areas in your business.

    This is by far some of the best money I have spent on improving my business. Michael has a “no nonsense” approach to reviewing the current state of your business, looking at everything from company financials and internal processes all the way through any challenges that you may be facing. He has an opinion on everything and though I didn’t like hearing some of what he had to say, it forced me to thoroughly evaluate how our company was performing after 8.5 years in business vs. how it could be excelling with some changes to the way we operate. Much of what we discussed can be found in the book Markup & Profit, but having the ability to talk with Michael, one on one, really helped put much if it into perspective. We are a better, more profitable company because of it.
